DOUBLE CROSS

With his loneliness he couldn’t cope,

He wedded a woman

And left home.

 

Came to a new city,

Dreaming of success.

He met new people and

Fell in love with another.

 

He tied himself in matrimony,

Willingly knowing about his first.

 

Simultaneously, he created infants.

Hereby destroying the lives of his unborn children.

 

Reassuring his wives,

They were the only one,

He couldn’t live without.

 

Who knew he was sleeping with two souls at once?
