On the way,

He’ll meet you.

His swift moves,

Will show you the way.

 

When you’re lost,

He’ll lead the way.

For he is Aeolus,

The keeper of winds.

 

The purple-winged Boreas,

Chills the air with his icy breath.

The bronze-skinned Notus,

Brings the late summer winds.

 

The young and handsome Zephyrus,

Fructifies wind, the messenger of spring.

Bearer of a sheath of grain,

Eurus, the tosser of ships

And the tottering wind.
