In front of you.

My eyes breathing

Your every stroking pulse.

Your every inch of skin.

 

The edge of your smile.

I know for us,

I’ll have to wait a while.

 

The sweetness of your eyes,

Catches my every lie.

The darkness of your hair,

The smoothness in your voice.

Now I realize,

A war for love is all that’s right.

 

And I’ll just be here.

Waiting for you.

I’ll be the pink.
